My camera is found! Buried under the hoard of magazines I own, there it lied helplessly, still fully recharged, my ol' camera. Not the best of its tribe, but still proven useful to produce my own (ahem) images. Thought I will share some new stuffs I own, borrow, and am given. Kinda wish to hop on the holiday trains with no returning tickets when I am compiling my stuffs but guess the time has not arrived yet.
Borrowed the book from a friend, turns out that the story is so enjoyable and inspiring, leaving me thinking about race equality and innocent childhood. Still around 50 more pages to go, though. The necklace and glasses are from a small store carrying all lovely goodies. Mirrored sunglasses are everywhere so I gave it a try.
Meanwhile those earrings are made from cow bones, originated in Bali. Forgot the name of the brand but if you reside in Jakarta, you can find them in Alun-Alun Indonesia. The colourful bracelets are given by my sister as she has just sneaked to Yogyakarta with her friends (envy!). And that little transparent ring is from a lovely Indonesian accessories brand called ROPE.
Anyway, I am planning to fuel this blog more with my own pictures, so please bear with my photographic ability :p

I am thankful. The excitement and heart-rush within me whenever I discover something utterly interesting are what I am thankful for. It has been an inexplicable habit that my heart beats faster when the object of desire appears to view, that "it" moment when I know I have to own it. Not necessarily at that precise moment, but the flame of owning (okay, I probably exaggerate a bit) is still alive, even some time after. This time, the rush of blood to the head (and heart) happens when I see this beautiful bracelet. Juste un Clou, or "Nail Bracelet" is the one designed back then in the 1970s by Aldo Cipullo under the grand name of Cartier, which again comes making a solid re-appearance this very year.
“It’s a reflection of life. We are surrounded everywhere by things that are bolted down or nailed, and I don’t think anything will ever replace that fact in life.” The genius simplicity thrills me, these edgy bracelets have indeed made me rethink my style and tickled my creative side. Simple things can undoubtedly produce something remarkable. I mean, nails?
Definitely need to own them. Soon. Not to mention that it is unisex, so the design is absolutely versatile. Love love love, want. I kinda need to stop here and work my ass to have some cash.

I haven't really been productive in these past two days besides trying to tame my hair, munching some chocolates, and catching up with Gossip Girl, New Girl, and ANTM--all of which has disappointed me. I have also noted how everyone has moved on with major plans of their life while I go round and round with fear of losing time, without realising that I lose the time by over thinking about everything. So I should stop right here before progressing to endless whining and start talking about fashion, again.

I am no master in DIY but I do find joy and satisfaction in utilizing and re-organizing stuffs in my bedroom. For a while now I have turned this acrylic lid into my accessories plate, to display some teeny tiny stuffs I own--and I love. Wearing constant accessories like my small assortment of rings and thin bracelets definitely helps me out of "what to wear" situation and putting them altogether in this clear tray eases me more. I have planned to show you my crowded accessories box later, the one with more stuffs and serious tangled problem among all the chains!
